Not Sure What Your Business Should Be Doing Next? Start Here.

Our Content Launch helps businesses figure out what to work on first by reviewing their website, social media, content, and marketing foundation, then turning everything into a clear 90- and 180-day plan.

A lot of business owners know something needs to happen.

They need better content.

They need to post more.

They probably need to update the website.

Someone has mentioned ads.

There is a contact form somewhere on the site that nobody has tested in six months.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, the owner is supposed to figure out which thing matters first.

That is usually where things get weird.

Because when everything feels important, businesses tend to do one of two things:

They try to do all of it at once.

Or they do absolutely nothing.

Neither approach is especially productive.

That is the reason we created our Content Launch.

What Is Our Content Launch?

Our Content Launch is our way of looking at the whole picture before we start recommending random marketing work.

We review your website, your social media, your current content, and some of the systems around how people actually find and contact your business.

The goal is simple:

Figure out what's working, what's missing, and what should happen next.

Not eventually.

Not someday when things slow down.

Actually put it in order.

We work through roughly 40 different items and look at things like whether your website is structured properly, whether your forms work, whether someone landing on the site knows what to do next, and whether your current online presence is ready to support organic content or paid advertising.

Because running an ad to a broken page is still running an ad to a broken page.

You have simply paid more people to see it.

Before You Create More Content, Check the Foundation

There is a temptation in marketing to immediately start making things.

New videos.

New photos.

New ads.

A new landing page.

Another social platform because somebody on LinkedIn said your business is doomed if you are not posting there six times a day.

Sometimes you absolutely need more content.

But sometimes the content is not the first problem.

Maybe the website is unclear.

Maybe the call to action is buried.

Maybe the forms don't work.

Maybe the social accounts exist, but nobody has posted consistently enough for a potential customer to understand what the business actually does.

Maybe everything is technically there, but none of it is working together.

That is why we prefer to look at the foundation first.

If we are going to send people somewhere, we want to know that there is a reasonable chance they know what to do when they get there.

The Audit Is Only Useful If It Tells You What To Do

This is the part that matters.

An audit that produces a giant list of problems is not particularly helpful.

Congratulations.

You now have 40 things to worry about.

What our Content Launch does instead is organize the work based on priority.

If something needs attention, it gets sorted into one of three buckets:

Do it now. Complete it within the next 90 days. Complete it within the next 180 days.

That means by the time we're finished, you're not walking away with vague advice like: “You should probably improve your social media.”

You are walking away with an actual plan.

This needs to happen first.

This can wait.

This becomes important once the foundation is finished.

That prioritization is a major part of the process because one of the most common things we hear from business owners is some version of:

“I know we need to be doing more. I just don’t know what we should be doing.”

That is a solvable problem.

Your Marketing Doesn't Need To Become Another Full-Time Job

One of the traps businesses fall into is assuming marketing has to become this massive complicated operation.

It doesn't.

You don't necessarily need to post three times a day.

You don'tautomatically need a $10,000 ad budget.

You don't need to rebuild the entire website because one button is in the wrong place.

What you need is clarity.

What actually needs attention?

What would make the biggest difference?

What can wait?

Once that's clear, creating content becomes much easier because the content has a job.

Maybe the next 90 days should be focused on building trust with educational videos.

Maybe your website photography is five years old and no longer reflects the business.

Maybe the website is fine and the bigger issue is that nobody knows you exist.

Maybe you have plenty of content but are barely using any of it.

Those are different problems.

They shouldn't all get the same solution.

Then We Can Start Creating

Once the foundation makes sense, that's when content creation becomes much more useful.

Now we know what the business is trying to accomplish.

We know where the content needs to live.

We know what questions customers have.

We know what parts of the business need more attention.

And instead of making content because “we should probably post something,” we can make it with a reason.

That might include:

  • short-form social video
  • website photography
  • customer testimonials
  • educational videos
  • project photography
  • ad creative
  • company videos
  • ongoing monthly content

The format comes after the strategy.

Not before.

Because sometimes you do need more content.

Sometimes you need ads.

Sometimes the website needs work.

And sometimes you just need somebody to look at the whole mess and say: Start here.
