Support Guide

Submit Creative Request

To submit a new project request, follow these steps:

Client Portal

  1. Access your client portal
  2. Click here to access your portal https://visualcreativeco.accelo.com/
  3. Login to your account
    • If you can’t remember your credentials, or you’re having trouble. Contact us so we can reset your password. You can email info@visualcreative.co
  4. In the top right hand corner of your screen, click “Make A Request”
  5. A small form window will populate
  6. Title the “Subject” field the name of your project ex. Team Member Headshots, New Company Highlight Video, Lifestyle Portraits.
  7. The “Type” field will always be a Creative Project
  8. Select the priority of the project using the “Priority” field
    • Extreme - I need it this week
    • High - I need it by next week
    • Medium - I need it sooner, rather than later
    • Low - We want it done but it’s not pressing
    • None - No hurry at all
  9. In the “Description” box, tell us a bit about the project. What you’re looking for, how we can help, and give us general information about what it is you’re looking for. 
  10. If you have attachments to include, you can add those by clicking “Add Attachment” towards the bottom.
  11. If you’re all set, click the blue “Create Request” button
  12. We’ll be notified of the request and follow up with you by phone or email if we have any other questions.
