Approve Social Media Content

To approve new content, follow these steps:

  1. Click here to access your login: https://app.loomly.com/signinsome text
    • If you can't remember your account details, or you have any trouble logging in, contact us by emailing info@visualcreative.co
  2. On the left side of the screen, click on your content calendar
  3. At the top, click on the “List View” to populate all content available in your calendar
  4. Once in list view, review all content that’s scheduled for posting
    • View channels, copy, and media
  5. If approved, under the “Status” column, click that button and change it to approve.some text
    • If not approved, change it to “Pending Edits” and comment any changes you’d like made in the comment section found inside of the post
  6. Once all media is approved you’ve completed this task
When we create posts, you’ll be notified as soon as the post is pending review. It’s best to wait until we’re all done assigning you posts to approve so you don’t have to log back in and approve more posts if you do them as soon as they’re ready for approval. If not approved, we’ll notify you that you have posts to approve.
