Intuitive Technologies

Building a Stronger Digital Presence for Intuitive Technologies
Intuitive Technologies is an IT provider based in Highland, Michigan, helping businesses manage technology without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
Our work with Intuitive Technologies covered a pretty wide range of creative and marketing support. Photo and video production, social media management, website updates, blog content, case studies, paid social, and ongoing brand support all became part of the mix.
The goal was to make the company easier to understand, give the brand a more consistent presence online, and create enough useful content that marketing didn’t have to start from zero every month.

Putting a Face to the IT Company
Technology companies can get generic fast.
Stock photos of servers. People pointing at screens. A lot of blue graphics and vague language about “solutions.”
We wanted Intuitive Technologies to feel more like the actual company behind the service.
That meant creating team photography, headshots, video content, service-focused media, and other brand assets that gave customers a better sense of who they were working with.
We also created content around Intuitive’s different service models, including fully managed and on-demand IT support, so customers could better understand which option made sense for their business.

Making the Website More Useful
The website became an ongoing part of the work rather than a one-time redesign.
We helped with design updates, new pages, service content, case studies, blog articles, and other changes as the company evolved. That gave Intuitive a place to keep expanding its message without rebuilding the entire site every time something changed.
We also created content specifically for the website so the photography, video, and copy felt connected instead of pieced together from different sources.
The idea was simple: if someone landed on the site after seeing a social post, an ad, or hearing about the company somewhere else, the website should reinforce the same story.
Creating Content That Could Go More Than One Place
A big part of the strategy was creating assets that could work across multiple channels.
A photo shoot might provide team images for the website, social media, email signatures, and sales material. A service video could live on a landing page, get cut into shorter social content, and support a future campaign.
That approach gave Intuitive Technologies a growing library of material instead of a pile of isolated one-off projects.
Over time, the work included:
- Brand and team photography
- Video production
- Website design and ongoing updates
- Website case studies
- Blog content
- Social media management
- Google Business Profile content
- Paid social campaigns
- Sales and brand materials
Testing Paid Social
We also worked with Intuitive Technologies on Meta advertising designed to drive businesses to a free IT evaluation offer.
The campaign targeted businesses around Troy, Michigan and generated more than 500 landing-page clicks during the test, with testimonial-based creative producing some of the strongest engagement.
More importantly, the campaign gave us real information about what people responded to and how the company could continue improving its paid marketing instead of relying on assumptions.
Keeping the Brand Moving
The biggest value of the relationship was that the work wasn’t locked into one specific deliverable.
Sometimes the priority was a video. Sometimes it was updating the website. Sometimes it was creating social content, new photography, a case study, or something the sales team needed.
That flexibility allowed the marketing to follow what the business actually needed at the time.
The result was a more complete digital presence with better photography, clearer messaging, a stronger website, ongoing content, and a much larger library of creative assets the company could continue putting to work.
